Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and LMCT+ Inc. ("LMCT+", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the LMCT+ platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where the use of our services is prohibited or restricted by law.
• By registering, you represent that all information you submit is accurate, complete, and your own.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and withdrawal codes.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access or security breach at support@lmct.com.
• LMCT+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, identity misrepresentation, or abuse of the referral system.

3. Investment Services

• LMCT+ facilitates automated investment plans that pay stated returns upon maturity. All plan terms (duration, rate, minimum) are displayed prior to investment confirmation.
• Investment returns are not guaranteed and may be subject to market conditions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Once an investment is activated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded early unless specifically permitted by your plan terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits are accepted in USDT (TRC-20), USDC (ERC-20), and BTC. Sending unsupported assets to our deposit addresses may result in permanent loss of funds.
• Withdrawals require a valid secondary authorisation code. You are responsible for keeping this code secure.
• LMCT+ reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals pending identity verification or fraud investigation.
• Network transaction fees are borne by the User and are deducted from withdrawal amounts where applicable.

5. Affiliate Programme

• The LMCT+ referral programme is available to all registered users in good standing.
• Commissions are earned on the validated first-deposit of each referred user. Fictitious or self-referrals are prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of referral earnings.
• Commission rates and structures are subject to change with 14 days' notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our infrastructure.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or the referral programme.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to manipulate the platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing fraudulent documentation.

7. Account Freezing & Termination

• LMCT+ may freeze your account if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or a legal obligation to do so.
• Frozen accounts cannot make withdrawals or new investments until the matter is resolved.
• Upon termination for cause, any pending referral commissions or bonuses may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMCT+ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited in your account in the 30 days preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LMCT+ Inc. is incorporated.
• Any disputes shall first be submitted to our internal dispute resolution process by contacting support@lmct.com.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under agreed-upon rules in the same jurisdiction.

10. Modifications to Terms

• LMCT+ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• We will notify users of material changes by email or an in-app notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
