Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and LMCT+ Inc. ("LMCT+", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the LMCT+ platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account.
- You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where use of the services is prohibited or restricted by law.
- By registering, you represent that all information you submit is accurate, complete, and your own.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and withdrawal codes.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach at support@lmct.com.
- LMCT+ may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms, including fraud, identity misrepresentation, or referral abuse.
3. Investment Services
- LMCT+ facilitates investment plans with terms displayed before confirmation.
- Investment returns are not guaranteed and may be subject to market conditions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- Once an investment is activated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded early unless specifically permitted by the plan terms.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
- Deposits are accepted only through supported assets and networks shown by the platform.
- Withdrawals require valid destination details and may require secondary authorization controls.
- LMCT+ may delay or refuse withdrawals pending identity verification, network review, or fraud investigation.
- Network transaction fees are borne by the user and may be deducted from withdrawal amounts where applicable.
5. Affiliate Program
- The LMCT+ referral program is available to registered users in good standing.
- Commissions are earned on validated referral activity according to the current commission structure.
- Fictitious or self-referrals are prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of referral earnings.
- Commission rates and structures are subject to change with notice.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or illegal activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to user accounts or infrastructure.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or referral programs.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to manipulate the platform.
- Misrepresenting your identity or providing fraudulent documentation.
7. Account Freezing and Termination
- LMCT+ may freeze an account if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or a legal obligation to do so.
- Frozen accounts cannot make withdrawals or new investments until the matter is resolved.
- Upon termination for cause, pending referral commissions or bonuses may be forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMCT+ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited in your account in the 30 days preceding any claim.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LMCT+ Inc. is incorporated.
- Disputes should first be submitted through internal resolution by contacting support@lmct.com.
- If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under agreed-upon rules in the same jurisdiction.
10. Modifications to Terms
- LMCT+ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notification when appropriate.
